Iraq Invasion: Greatest Blunder Ever Made
November 28th, 2006
Via HuffingtonPost.com… kinda hard to argue against President Carter’s conclusion:
BLITZER: In the scheme of things, how big of a blunder was it in terms of foreign policy blunders that American presidents has made?
CARTER: One of the — it’s going to prove, I believe, to be one of the greatest blunders that American presidents have ever made.

It’s easy to argue…
Just claim he was a “wussy” president and got us into this mess in the first place by not nuking Iran in 79, then question his loyalty and patriotism and label him as “helping the terrorists.”
See? Easy. All you have to do is throw logic and reason out the window and you can smear and discredit anyone.

Sure, it’s easy to smear the man, but hard to argue — even at this stage — against the president’s “conclusion.”
Thanks for visiting and commenting, by the way.

Don’t get me wrong - I’m a big Jimmy Carter fan. Did you catch his talk with Judy Woodruff on PBS “Newshour” the other day? I’ve listed the link below. He was talking about the Palestinian issue. His disregard for the “liberal media” and his adherence to objective facts is something to truly be admired.
